President

Mark began his career over 30 years ago working for the local telephone company handling claims. He later worked for one of the largest collection agencies in the world before joining JNR Adjustment Company in 1996 as Vice President of Sales. When Mark started we had fewer than 15 employees and The Claims Center was just an idea. Today the Claims Center specializes in many back-office support areas such as investigations, cost accounting, billing, statistical analysis, and claims management - including development and implementation of customized business solutions. We are proud to have over 180 incredibly talented professionals working in two state-of-the-art facilities. When not working Mark likes golfing, fishing, boating, camping, and especially traveling with his wife and two children, as well as volunteering his time in the community.

Richard’s knowledge and years of experience help our clients maximize recovery probability of dollars owed.

Executive Director of Administration and Client Services

Amy Werlinger has been with TCC since 2007, she started doing admin work, then moved to collections, from there she managed the administration department and currently is the Executive Director of Administration and Client Services. She has a Business Management degree from St. Cloud State University. While not at the office Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys going on walks and shopping. Amy enjoys working with clients to ensure expectations are met.

Florida Director of Operations

Scott Rapp graduated Augusta College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. While attending college Scott played baseball and continued playing semi-pro ball to 1993 and continues his love of the game currently as he coaches a travel baseball team in Orlando, Florida. Scott currently is the Director of Operations in our Florida location and started with TCC in 2000 and has worked his way thru the company using his great communication skills and knowledge of the collection industry to advance to where he is now. He believes in good work ethics and hard work and to never give up and to learn from your failures and experiences as this will result in becoming a well-rounded person in business and life. Scott enjoys encountering new tasks and challenges for the Florida location in being involved in the growth and productivity with TCC. When Scott started with TCC in 2000 there were only 5 employees and now he oversees around 75 employees.

Vice President – Claims Recovery

Mr. McKenzie has 28 years of third-party recovery experience. Throughout his tenure with The Claims Center, Dennis served in various leadership roles including: compliance management, recovery management, director of investigative services, and director of claims recovery. In 2017, Dennis was promoted to Vice President – Recovery Operations. Dennis is always available to clients during the workday, and excels in the area of strategic planning, liability and work-flow metrics. When not at the office, Dennis is active in youth athletics leadership, and volunteers his time at various non-profit and youth organizations.

Vice President of Cable and Fiber

Rebecca has an extensive background in the telecommunications and cable industry working for twenty five years in customer service, IT, and Risk Management. Following retirement from Comcast where she was the Director of the Legal Demands Center she spent several years conducting Sarbanes Oxley audits and managing damage claim recovery teams. Rebecca worked in the non-profit and health care industry as an Executive Director of Assisted Living communities until being offered an opportunity to work with JNR Adjustment. “Having worked with Mark Seaton in the past and being familiar with his delivery of a quality work product and his committed focus on integrity this was an opportunity which couldn’t be passed over. I look forward to growing the cable and telecommunications business forward working with the outstanding TCC and JNR teams.” Traveling and spending time with her daughters and their pets is a favorite pastime for Rebecca in addition to volunteering time with the senior community.
